• My son would not obey or do his school work; he would kick, scream and jump and down on the table; he was out-of-control. His previous school could not deal with his behavior and thereby was going to retain him in K5. I was called constantly to come pick him up from school. They even threatened to dismiss him from school permanently. I was so stressed out and almost lost my job because of all this. I did not know what to do because I did not have money for a private school. However, I enrolled him in Bethel Christian Academy to begin first grade. He is presently in 3rd grade, but academically he is on a 4th -5th grade level doing 4th and 5th grade challenge work. The Principal and teachers there really care about the child’s total well-being (spiritually and academically). They believe in challenging students and helping them go beyond the required standard and to reach their full potential. They really inspire the children to be the best they can be. My son loves going to school now and he even loves doing homework. I am a single mom and it is very hard financially keeping him at Bethel Academy; however, since my son is doing so well, I will continue to make sacrifices in order to keep him in this great school. I thank God for Bethel Christian Academy.
